Senior Exhibition Project Manager

Our client is a dynamic and innovative communications agency, specialising in delivering top-notch Exhibitions both nationally and internationally. We are supporting them with their search for a talented and motivated Senior Exhibitions Project Manager to join their growing team.

This would be ideal for someone coming from a Tech Production background.

Agency/ Exhibition experience is essential for this role

Job Title: Senior Exhibition Project Manager

Location: Remote (still a requirement to go on-site/ visit the Manchester office periodically)

Company: Independent Growing Exhibition Design Agency

Salary: Up to 55k-60k (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions from start to finish
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and logistics
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth running and problem resolution
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best value for the client
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in an agency environment
• Proven track record of delivering successful, complex events with excellent project management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of event production, including audio-visual, lighting, and rigging
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and producing innovative and memorable events
