Resident Liaison Officer

Our client is a leading multi-national utility company who are looking to expand the team with an experienced Resident Liaison Officer.

Salary to £34k | Company Vehicle + Fuel Card | Stakeholder Pension | Annual Bonus | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:

* As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for liaising with local residents, contractors, local authorities and the client about forthcoming works

* Acting as the first point of contact, your role will involve keeping lines of communication flowing for residents whilst works are being carried out

* Ensuring that any prior agreements are kept, including access issues and conditionof surroundings during works - working to guaranteed standards of practice

* Obtaining score cards from residents once works have been completed. These results are then relayed to the client to monitor contractor performance

Requirements:

* Previous resident liaison experiencein a construction / civil engineering environment is ESSENTIAL

* Excellent organisational and communication skills
