Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our team within Vistry South East Midlands, at our office in Enderby, Leicestershire. As our Senior Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the project team and technical design team in the planning, co-ordination and design functions on each allocated project from Tender to Post Contract. You will provide administrative support to the technical management team in the planning, co-ordination and design on each project from Tender to Post Contract.

Ensuring fully complete, correct and coordinated packages issued to Commercial and Construction teamsMaintaining and delivering in accordance with Company valuesManaging subcontractor and supplier design approvals ensuring timely turnaroundMonitoring subcontractor design approvals and keep up dated approvals schedule in line with build programmeManaging the flow of information to Surveyor, Buyer, Construction, Sales and MarketingEnabling programmed opening of show homes, marketing suites and sales launchesReviewing and commenting on sales and marketing literatureAssist the Technical Managers in compiling pre-construction phase plan.Obtain licenses as required for road closure, build over, oversail etc etcUpdate and coordinate all monthly Technical schedules, such at the bond, adoption and utilities reportsReview and coordinate design and technical related issues with the Construction Team, Development and Sales & Marketing teamsManaging and controlling variations in relation to drawing revisions, construction programmes and costsAssisting with applications for postal addresses, MPAN's, MPRN's and meter registrationsActivating postal addresses with Royal MailMonitoring and obtaining all critical certificates to ensure documentation is in place for handovers i.e. commissioning certificates, air tests, sound tests, as built SAPs, EPC's and CML'sLiaising with NHBC to discharge any conditions and uploading of information to the PortalEnsuring all documents are correctly available for the Document ControllerAttending site meetings and monthly/weekly project meetingsPrinciple technical contact during the construction worksMonitoring work executed on site to ensure that is as benchmarked and as designed/specifiedManaging, investigating and responding promptly with full close out to RFIs from site team and subcontractorsAssisting with obtaining section agreements and technical approvalsOrdering telephone lines for lifts, energy centres and pumping stationsAssisting in compilations of home packs, H&S files and O&M manualsEnsuring all CDM documentation is up to date for the role of PD under the CDM regulations Finally, let's tell you a bit more about us...
