Job Description
QS required for Tier One main contractor on £80m cut & carve / structural refurbishment in Central London
I have an urgent requirement for one of my Tier One contractor clients on the £80m refurb / fit-out of a commercial office / life sciences building in Central London.
The role is for a Quantity Surveyor at Project / Package QS level to work within the Commercial team on procurement and package management; including variations, valuations, payments, cost reporting, final accounts etc.
It's a site/project office based role with some hybrid working available.
The successful candidate will have main contracting background, preferably for a Tier One or Two contractor, ideally having worked on large projects, though this isn't essential and have experience of the full QS/project lifecycle from procurement to final accounts.
The project runs til Spring 2026 and the role is avaialble on a freelance / temp-to-perm / perm basis.
