Outbound Senior Business Developer – Partnership and Outbound

3Bee is the naturetech company that develops technologies for monitoring and protecting biodiversity , recognized by the EU as the partner for the development of the first certified biodiversity credits. Starting from the bee, a fundamental bioindicator, 3Bee collects and interprets environmental data through innovative proprietary systems to monitor the health of pollinators and their connection with ecosystems, offering assessment, monitoring, regeneration and training solutions for biodiversity . To date, 3Bee has implemented regeneration projects alongside over 500 companies in 10 countries that have chosen to make a concrete contribution to the protection of biodiversity. In addition, 3Bee collaborates with research centers, schools, farmers, growers and citizens to promote the importance of safeguarding biodiversity. Since its inception, 3Bee has developed a network of over 3,000 biodiversity growers, installed more than 5,000 IoT sensors and regenerated over 200 Oases. We are looking for a Senior Business Developer , with a specific focus on Partnerships and Outbound, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for the environment and sustainability , as well as strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. Responsibility Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s business, in Italy and abroad Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders Conduct market research Manage sales initiatives and negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements Create and present value propositions for customers and partners Requirements Ability to analyze data , interpret results and make evidence-based decisions Understanding the dynamics of the environmental sector and the challenges related to biodiversity , at national and international level Familiarity with CRM tools, market analysis software and environmental monitoring technologies Excellent communication skills both written and oral Proficiency in English and preferably other languages (French, German, Spanish) Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, environmental management, biology, environmental engineering or related field Proactivity and ability to identify and exploit new business opportunities Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment Ability to work in a team Our offer Permanent contract Hybrid (2 days of presence at the Milan office) Salary commensurate with level of experience : from 40k to 50k of RAL including variable Company PC and contracted psychologist Dynamic, young environment, with a strong vision for environmental protection This role offers an opportunity to have a significant impact on biodiversity conservation and climate strategy, working with a variety of clients to deliver bespoke sustainability projects.
