Oracle MDM Application Lead

Job Title : Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) Product Data Hub Application Lead. Location : Bengaluru. Experience Required : 2 years in Oracle MDM Product Data Hub. Availability : Immediate to 30 days. Work Mode : Onsite. Job Type : 10 Months Contract. Job Summary : As an Application Lead, you will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact for Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) Product Data Hub solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring successful application implementations and providing technical guidance to the team. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing development. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve any application issues, ensuring high-quality, timely deliveries. Roles & Responsibilities : - Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle MDM Product Data Hub. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide solutions for work-related challenges. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues. - Gather and analyze requirements through stakeholder collaboration. - Design and architect solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices. - Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of high-quality applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve application lifecycle issues. - Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. - Create and maintain technical specifications, user manuals, and other documentation. Technical Skills : Must-Have Skills : . - Proficiency in Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) Product Data Hub. - Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle MDM Product Data Hub. - Knowledge of data integration and data quality concepts. - Familiarity with data modeling and database design. Good-to-Have Skills : - Experience with Cloud Data Migration. - Skills in performance tuning and application optimization. Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and offer clear technical guidance.
