Role Summary : The Network Engineer will design, manage, and optimize a high-speed, secure network infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring connectivity, minimizing latency, and maintaining reliable performance to support a dynamic and high-demand environment. Key Responsibilities : - Network Design and Configuration : Set up and maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations to support seamless connectivity across all systems. - Security Management : Configure IP management, firewalls, and security protocols to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data protection. - Real-Time Monitoring : Continuously monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal connectivity. - Optimization and Redundancy : Implement load balancing, failover strategies, and redundancy protocols to ensure high availability and resilience. - Documentation and Compliance : Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, access controls, and security protocols to ensure compliance with industry : - Experience : 3 years in network engineering, ideally within a high-demand or data-intensive industry. - Technical Skills : Proficiency in LAN/WAN, firewall management, VPNs, and network monitoring tools. - Certifications : CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent preferred.
