Job Title : Business Function Implementation Lead SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. Location : Bengaluru, India. Experience Required : 4-6 years. Availability : Immediate Joiners. Duration : 6 months contract. Work Mode : Onsite. Mandatory Skills : SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. Job Summary : As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of activities for a specific business function, with a focus on SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. Your role will involve ensuring that all activities align with business requirements, including process analysis, design/re-design, and organizational structure definition. This role is crucial for driving improvements and achieving end-to-end performance in line with the organization's goals. Roles & Responsibilities : - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - Lead the implementation of all activities related to the specific business function, ensuring alignment with business requirements. - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, offering solutions to work-related challenges. - Conduct process analysis, design, re-design, and/or organization structure definition as needed. - Drive the successful implementation of the business function and ensure it aligns with overall business goals and objectives. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation. - Provide guidance and support to team members, identifying and addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation process. Requirements & Qualifications : Technical Skills : Must-Have : - Proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - Strong understanding of business processes and requirements, with experience in process analysis, design/re-design, and organizational structure definition. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to efficiently lead and execute implementation activities. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently as an SME. Educational Requirements : A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree is required. Additional Information : Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling.
