Impelox - Technical Lead - Full Stack

Impelox Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to oversee project delivery and manage the technical implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and project management skills. They will ensure seamless coordination between teams, successful project execution, and high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities : 1. Technical Leadership : - Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer, managing expectations and addressing concerns. - Work with the customer to refine project scope and deliverables based on their goals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. - Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance optimization. - Conduct code reviews and resolve technical challenges within the team. 2. Project Management and Process : - Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product, and business stakeholders) to align project goals with business requirements. - Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Consistently monitor and improve efficiency, delivery timelines and quality review standards. 3. Team Collaboration and Continuous Improvement : - Allocate resources effectively across projects to meet deadlines. - Ensure team members have the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to perform their tasks efficiently. - Monitor team performance and offer continuous feedback and improvement strategies. - Lead efforts in process improvements, including agile methodologies, automation, and DevOps practices. - Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Skills and Qualifications : - Min 5 years of experience in software development and 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong background in software development preferably from insurance domain, with hands-on experience in one or more programming languages (both back end and front end) - Familiarity with cloud technologies, databases, and modern software architecture (microservices, APIs). - Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. - Proven experience managing software delivery using Agile or Scrum frameworks. - Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques (sprint planning, backlog management). - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and provide solutions. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle complex projects.
