Role Summary : The UI/UX Designer will craft intuitive, visually engaging interfaces to improve user interaction and navigation. This role involves developing layouts, conducting user research, and continuously refining designs based on feedback. Key Responsibilities : - Interface Design : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that prioritize ease of use and aesthetic appeal. - User Research and Testing : Conduct user interviews and testing to gather insights, applying findings to improve usability. - Collaboration with Developers : Work closely with Frontend Developers to ensure design consistency and accuracy. - Usability Optimization : Continuously refine layouts and components to enhance user experience based on feedback. - Documentation : Maintain documentation of design specifications, assets, and usability findings to support future design updates.
