Production Manager - Electronics Manufacturing
Are you a skilled leader with a knack for optimising production? We’re seeking a Production Manager to oversee and enhance our electronics manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, controlling, and managing daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities for the Production Manager:
Production Planning & Control: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand forecasts and manage resource allocation to maximize productivity.
Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee materials procurement and inventory control, ensuring timely supply and smooth workflow from start to finish.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a small team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Quality & Process Improvement: Implement quality control processes, identify areas for efficiency, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives.
Cost & Efficiency Management: Monitor budgets, manage costs, and identify ways to improve efficiency without compromising quality.

Proven experience in production management, must be in electronics
Strong background in supply chain and production control
