Job Description
Prospero Teaching are wanting to recruit a temporary teacher of PE for a secondary school in Bury, North Manchester to join their team from January. You will be required to teach classes across key stage 3 and key stage 4.
The role is a full time. It is essential that you have a valid and recognised teaching qualification & that you hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience teaching PE to secondary school aged students. It would be advantageous if you have experience coaching a team, but is not essential.

Minimum rate of pay: GBP160 per day
Hours 8:30 am 4pm, plus parents evenings and departmental meetings as requiredEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
QTS, QTLS or equivalent
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, however, training can be provided)
Up to date Prevent Awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, however, training can be provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
