Job Description
JRS Associates Ltd has partnered up with an exciting manufacturer in the local area and we're looking to add an experienced Plater to the team.
The position comes due to a consistent intake of healthy, long-standing contracts meaning a need for an experienced individual.. see below for a detailed description of the role package and specifications of the Plater required.
The Successful Plater - Package:
* £33,500 to £36,500 per annum
* Days shift (Mon to Thurs, 7:30am - 4:30pm & Friday, 7:30am - 12:30pm)
* Overtime available paid at 1.5x
* Holiday entitlement - 33 days (including statutory)
* Company Sick Pay Scheme active after 1 year of service
* Modern, Clean working environment
* Free Parking
The Successful Plater - Requirements:
* 3 or more years experience as a Plater
* Experience working in the Aerospace and/or MOD industry
* Experience and understanding marking out, cutting material, producing weld preps where required, drilling and tack welding into complete assemblies.
* Have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
