Nightshift Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Nightshift Supervisor to oversee and manage our concrete factory. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising on a construction site or within a factory setting. Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
You must have the right to work in the UK, interviews will be conducted on site.
Hours: 10:00pm - 06:00am, Sunday to Thursday, 40 hours a week, Weekly Pay.
Duties:
* Manage and supervise the factory, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
* Coordinate a 5-person team to ensure smooth project execution with daily activity briefings.
* Conduct daily inspection tasks.
* Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Factory Manager.
* Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shift.
Experience:
* You must have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, with the ability to operate overhead cranes and have strong lifting techniques.
* Have problem solving capabilities.
* Strong knowledge with hand and power tools and plant equipment.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
