The Role
As the HR Manager (People & Culture Manager), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's ambitions. In this high-impact hands on role, you’ll develop talent strategies, enhance employee engagement, and build a progressive HR function. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll have the autonomy to implement best-in-class HR practices that align with the company’s mission and growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop & Implement HR Strategy: Create and roll out a people strategy that supports business needs and drives cultural transformation.
* Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Streamline hiring processes and create a standout candidate experience to attract high-quality talent.
* Employee Engagement & Retention: Leverage engagement tools and strategies to create a cohesive and positive work environment.
* Policy & Compliance: Maintain and enhance compliance with health, safety, and ISO standards.

Qualifications
* Experience: Strong HR management experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
* Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to culture-building.
* Culture-Oriented: Skilled in promoting a collaborative and positive workplace environment.
Benefits
Working Hours & Benefits
* Salary: £40k / £50k depending on experience.
* Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
