Branch Manager Opportunity - Chatham
Salary: Up to £45k (DOE) + uncapped bonuses + car allowance
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid Working: 4 days in office, 1 day from home

The Role:
In this leadership position, you'll be accountable for driving revenue growth, maintaining high standards, and expanding our client base. You'll report to the Operations Manager and/or Regional Director and will be central to building a positive, success-driven branch culture. Key responsibilities include:
Revenue & Performance Management: Drive branch revenue by setting, monitoring, and exceeding KPIs and financial goals, including profit and loss management.
Business Development: Increase market share by leading and overseeing marketing, sales, and client service strategies. Generate business opportunities and cultivate client relationships through a consultative approach.
Team Leadership: Coach and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative environment where each member reaches their full potential. Conduct weekly 1:1s, provide real-time feedback, and offer ongoing support.
Client Engagement: Proactively join consultants on client visits, strategize on client growth, and identify opportunities for business development.
Strategic Planning & Judgement: Use your strategic mindset to adapt quickly to challenges, delegate effectively, and balance day-to-day responsibilities with a focus on long-term growth.About You:
