Junior Technical sales

Now for the Italian plant located in Luzzara (RE) we are looking for a Junior Technical Sales - Customized Solutions. Main Purpose of the Role The new joiner will be trained to: Manage, understand and analyze CO requests from the sales network. Conduct feasibility analyses and cost studies for customized solutions to create detailed commercial offers and technical documentation to drive the development of the project. Conduct pre-development studies (when required). This duty includes: mechanical calculations, checking the conformity to current norms, assessing risks, use of 3D models, consultation of technical drawings, interaction with other departments, and the evaluation of the development efforts and material costs. Collaborate with sales and product management teams to understand customer/market needs. Support Sales with customized and dedicated solutions. Draft and maintain technical/commercial documentation related to customized offers. Maintain the tool dedicated to the CO offers. Support Sales as a product specialist. Scope of the Role The job holder reports directly to the CO Offers Team Leader and indirectly to the team leader of the Customized Solution for warehouse trucks. Tasks and Qualifications: Key Skills Required: Knowledge of Applied Mechanics and machine design. Knowledge and understanding of industrial technical drawing. Fluent spoken and written English. Use of CAD 3D (best if NX). Use of Excel/Office. High motivation and curiosity. Design and modelling abilities. Electrical basic knowledge. Basic Knowledge of SAP. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Open attitude and approach to interactions. Excellent collaboration and cross-functional skills. Customer orientation. Proactive approach. Lateral thinking. Qualifications/Experience Required: Diploma ITIS/ITS or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering or equivalent. Previous short working experiences or stages in Technical Departments (R&D).
