Submission Requirements
Current Oklahoma RN license - Required
2 years of Cardiac Circulating Experience - Required
Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required,
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - preferred.
1+ completed assignment OR 1+ year in CVOR - Required
Must have Ortho or Gyn exp - Required (Low volume CVOR, will be expected to float if no CV volume)

ACLS
BLS
