Site Manager/Agent/Works Manager, South Yorkshire, & Worksop £350 - £400 per day PAYE/Umbrella (in side IR35)

Site Manager/Agent & Foreman required to work on a water project contract in Leek.Hays Civil Engineering are delighted to be working with this Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Contractor, in supporting their recruitment for a Site Agent/Manager & Foreman.


You'll be working on their large Water framework which is a key part of their operations. Reporting into the Project Manager, you'll work on site in Leek which is a key project in their portfolio.

This is to cover ASAP until Christmas with possible extension.


You'll be an experienced Construction Management professional, and have experience working within a Site Management role on civil projects previously.


Key responsibilities will include:


Lead and motivate the site teamSupport the PM in driving the project programme to achieve key deliverables and project milestonesSHEQ and Environmental ManagementStakeholder ManagementCommercial and cost managementCompleting project handoversSubcontract and labour resource managementYou will have:


Previous Site Management experience of water projectsNEC 4 contract knowledgeHNC degree in Civil EngineeringSMSTS/SSSTSCSCSFirst AidTemporary Works
