Are you an experienced Air Conditioning and Electrical Engineer looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will lead the hard services of the contract.
A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Air Conditioning and Electrical Engineer to join their growing team. You’ll be working alongside other service engineers across a large number of our commercial clients across Southampton and the South Coast.
Your new role
As the Air Conditioning and Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
* This role will support the effective, efficient, and safe delivery of our client services by attending client sites to conduct planned and reactive maintenance.
* Undertaking all aspects of electrical installation, commission, fault finding, and maintenance.
* Undertaking all aspects of air conditioning and refrigeration installation, commission, and maintenance including the service and repair of VRVs, VRFs, Splits, and Chillers.
* Monday - Friday role working 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm.
* 1 in 4 call out - paid at £150 standby.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of AC Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
* Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
* FGAS Cat 1 and NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment
* City & Guilds 2360 / 2330 Parts 1, 2, & 3 or NVQ Level 3 equivalent.
* City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing
* Working knowledge of BS7671, 18th Edition Electrical Installation Regulations & associated legislative standards
