Job Description
Our client, a leading name in the construction and engineering industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, specialising in the delivery of key water infrastructure projects. With a strong presence in the North West region.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead the commercial management of significant water infrastructure projects, focusing on cost control, contract management, and value engineering.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver large-scale Civils, M&E, and Water projects within budget and on schedule.
Conduct valuations, manage procurement processes, and oversee project financial performance.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Requirements:
Experience: A proven track record in Quantity Surveying within the Civils, M&E, or Water sectors is essential.
Skills: Strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and financial management skills.
Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Professional membership (RICS/CIOB) is a plus.
