Job Details
You will be responsible for the overall performance relating to service, repairs and maintenance of the business. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, with a keen focus on increasing revenues and reducing costs.
What will your role look like?
Consistently deliver high levels of customer service in line with the 5-Star Customer Promise, while managing daily activities of the service, repairs, maintenance team, and handling complaints.
Effectively manage and monitor the department's P&L, complete billing, and maximise gross profitability of all servicesProduce accurate reports to track completed works, meet deadlines, and evaluate revenue and costsManage all service contracts in line with SLA requirementsParticipate in pricing parts, labour, and other charges, ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-dateAssist with PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and accreditationsManage customer complaints and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) processes| Full Time | Office Based | 40 hours per week – Mon-Fri 8am-5pm | £45,000 + Bonues (Up to 15%)
