Job Description

Title: Purchase Ledger/Accounts Administrator

Location: Derby

Start Date: 4th November

Rate: £16.00 (Umbrella PAYE)

Duration: 6 Months

The Company:

We are currently working with a Property Maintenance Contractor in Derby who is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger/Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a part-time position, 3 days a week, with flexible start and finish times.

The Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is data entry and general administrative tasks, with a focus on processing purchase ledger and using the Coins system. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and strong organisational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Inputting data and performing general administrative duties
Processing purchase ledger using the Coins system

Requirements:

Previous experience in data entry, general administration, and purchase ledger tasks
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential for further work.
