Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor

  • Full or Part time - hybrid working/WFH

A Chambers ranked law firm in Henley on Thames is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor to join its well reputed and award-winning team.

This is a social firm that regularly hosts events and gatherings for employees. These include a Summer and Christmas party as well as charity events and other social gatherings to reward success and enhance team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:


Consult with clients, offer property adviceConduct due diligence and legal researchDraft and review property contractsNegotiate terms with opposing solicitorsManage financial aspects of transactionsEnsure legal compliance throughout the processOversee property title transfersMaintain client communication and documentationResolve legal issues as they arise

Qualifications:


  • Qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer
  • SRA or equivalent membership
  • Experience in property conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of property law
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in legal software
  • Local property market knowledge is a plus
