Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £25,000
Do you have AAT level 1 or 2 ? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Accounts Administrator to join our finance team based in Ampthill. This role will involve a mixture of working in the office and home working once fully trained. This role would ideally suit someone looking to start a career in Accounts, as whilst we are a small company there are promotion prospects for the right candidate
What will you be doing ?
• Processing debit notes & credit notes
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations
• Send monthly statements to brokers
• Various month end reconciliations of creditor accounts
• Organisation of central mailbox
• Data Cleansing
• Booking travel for senior management
What do we need from you ?
• Started AAT level 1 or 2
• Attention to detail
• Good investigation skills
• Microsoft office skills
• Communication
• Work well in a team
• Not afraid to ask questions
• Aspire to the highest standards of accuracy.
• Meet deadlines by a well organised workload.
• Communicate information within Team.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
• Excellent understanding of Excel.
• Previous proven experience of processing invoices.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confident telephone manner
• Accuracy
• Good Communicator
• Outstanding customer service skills
• All round team player
You may have experience as a Junior Accounts Clerk, and Accounts Administrator, a Trainee Accounts Administrator, Trainee Accounts Clerk, Accounts Admin / AP Finance and Accounts Administration, Accounts Receivable Administrator, Accounts/ Admin Assistant, Accounts Administration, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Finance Clerk, Finance Administrator, Finance Administration, Accounts Clerk
