Job Description
Through a range of activities be responsible for building and maintaining relationships and generating leads with employers, internal and external stakeholders to create employment and training opportunities for candidates on Adult programmes. Lead communication and marketing efforts to connect with all partners and stakeholders including candidates, while also providing feedback on employer needs to the organisation. Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers, achieving outstanding results for all targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Monthly Target Planning: Effectively plan and execute activities to meet or exceed monthly targets. Manage and expand caseloads, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
Industry Research & Market Analysis: Research key industries, markets, organisations, and roles relevant to the programmes to identify decision-makers and market opportunities. Develop and pitch proposals to potential customers and partners, maintaining persistence even in the face of failure or a down market.
Sales & Negotiation: Develop quality presentations and quotes, negotiate with customers, and maintain persistence in sales efforts, even in challenging market conditions.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Follow quality assurance and funding processes, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, marketing platforms, social media.
Data Management & Reporting: Accurately record and evaluate all activities, ensuring effective tracking, monitoring, and reporting of opportunities and candidate progress. Share relevant data across the team to optimise institutional objectives.
Manage and update CRM and develop a robust pipeline of leads. Plan events that connect employers with candidates and ensure regular follow-up with existing and potential clients. Drive lead generation through various channels and innovate marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure candidates' successfully progress and develop long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to create ongoing opportunities to help meet and maximise contractual targets and candidate outcomes. Identify new customers and repeat business from existing accounts.
Industry Knowledge & CPD: Stay informed about industry drivers, policy changes, and funding opportunities. Complete and record all continuous professional development (CPD) and strive to exceed behavioural competencies.
This role demands superior time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring all targets are met and exceeded.

• Have the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely and without restriction

• Experience of working in FE/Training environment
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification
• GCSE A-C Maths and English (or equivalent)
