Your Role Will Include:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Tuntum by providing high-level support to our Chief Executive Officer. Specifically, you will:
- Executive Support: Coordinate executive schedules, including calendar management, meeting arrangements, minute taking, and planning key events like staff away days.
- Communications: Lead the development and implementation of our Marketing and Communications Strategy, producing engaging content for the Annual Report and other key publications.
- Governance: Assist the Governance Manager and senior leaders with company secretarial duties, including preparing for board meetings.
- Community Engagement: Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, helping to maintain Tuntum’s positive public image.
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has strong experience in executive support and communications roles.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Brings a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving and communication.

- Competitive Salary: Negotiable, starting at £32,000 per year, based on experience.
- Holidays: Enjoy 25 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day each year up to 30 days, plus public holidays.
