You will be joining a Tier 1 contractor working on a major water framework in the Midlands area. This high-profile and multi-accredited contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader within the industry. This organisation offers excellent opportunities to move into more leadership roles and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to work on water schemes in the Leicestershire area.

Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be based on sites in the Leicestershire area and your responsibilities will include:Managing direct labour and subcontractorsCoordinating all day-to-day site operationsMaintaining an accurate site diaryUndertaking site audits and inspectionsEnsuring works are delivered safely, within budget and to specified quality.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:Previous experience in civil, mechanical and/or electrical works within the water industryCSCS, SMSTS and First AidProven successful experience in leading delivery teamsSound organisational and interpersonal skills
