Position Overview:
* Full-Time Commitment: 37.5 hours per week with flexible working options.
* Flexible Work Arrangements: Opportunities for part-time, job-share, and associate roles.
Exciting Responsibilities:
* Deliver Inspiring Lessons: Engage adult learners with dynamic, non-accredited courses.
* Innovate Curriculum: Develop and tailor curriculum to enhance learning experiences.
* Support Learners: Assist learners in acquiring vital skills in English, maths, and citizenship.
* Boost Engagement: Foster high levels of participation and attendance.
* Maintain Records: Keep precise and up-to-date learner records.
* Share Industry Expertise: Bring real-world insights to your teaching.
* Collaborate: Work with stakeholders to ensure exceptional satisfaction rates.
What We’re Looking For:
* Teaching Qualification: Preferred but not mandatory.
* Assessor Qualification: Preferred but not mandatory.
* Vocational Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Hospitality or Warehouse settings.
* Personal Traits: Resilient, self-reliant, and focused on learner success.
* Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
* IT Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Team Spirit: Values trust, integrity, and inclusivity.
