Project Quantity Surveyor | High-End Residential
Hampshire | Permanent
Salary negotiable (DoE)

Project Quantity Surveyor needed to join the team on a super-prime residential project in Hampshire.

The project itself is a major refurbishment of a 17th Century private country estate of approximately 2000+ acres, and the Project Quantity Surveyor would be working on listed courtyard buildings, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a JCT Contract.

The company is a well-established, prestigious, family run building contractor that specialises in renovation, extension and refurbishments of period and bespoke one-off properties.

Example Duties:
·Monthly project CVR reporting
·Assisting the operational team with urgent matters
·Client progress walks and monthly valuation claim meetings
·Preforming trade specific take offs
·Trade specific procurement
·Generating cost comparisons
·Issuing subcontract orders
·Issuing payment/payless notices
·Issuing variations/ site instructions both upstream and downstream
·Full Subcontract management from order placement through to final account agreements

This position could also be referred to as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Surveyor, Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyor, QS, Intermediate QS and Project QS.
