A Practice Manager/Director is required by medium sized law firm with ambitious plans for the future.
With a management team described as “switched on”, it’s a practice that punches above its weight providing advice to a broad cross section of the local community. Its influence has spread in recent years to a client base that is now nationwide. Friendly and personable and a strong belief in building lasting relationships with clients, which include a diverse range of businesses in the private and public sector, from sole traders to multinationals, as well as charities, voluntary organisations and individuals.
They wish to recruit a capable and competent Operations Manager/Practice Manager to take full control of the day to day running of the Law firm.
The successful candidate will need to have worked within a law firm and be an excellent communicator, able to manage, encourage and develop the other members of the firm and work closely with the senior partner. You will be a highly experienced business manager and business controller in all appropriate disciplines to include human resources, facilities management, marketing, compliance, IT and administration.
You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in leading consistently high performing teams and able to think outside the box. More importantly you should be passionate about your role and able to offer new ideas and initiative to drive the practice forward.
