Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my clients Merseyside team on a full time basis as Residential Conveyancer.
My client is a renowned high street law firm within Merseyside with a rich history dating back over 100 years.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience, where they have been handling their own mixed caseload from instruction to completion.
The firm prides itself on excellent client services, so a history of good customer service is essential. The role will involve running a mixed caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions.
The successful candidate will have full support from a dedicated legal assistant along with support from colleagues.
Key Duties:
• To manage a mixed conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion including Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity and Shared Ownership
• Issuing contracts
• Mortgage redemptions
• Exchange of Contracts
Required Skills:
• 3 years’ minimum Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience
• Handling own caseload of mixed Residential transactions
• Excellent telephone manner
• Great customer service skills
• IT and case management experience
• Ability to work well within a team
