The Digital Marketing department of Montecchio Maggiore's Site (Vicenza) is offering a 6-month internship to support the activities in the plant (over 850 employees). The figure will be placed in the Aftermarket Enablement's team and will support the integration of Xylem’s products into our sales tools while ensuring that they operate according to real-world product functionality. You will gain experience working with various departments to help drive the sales process forward and meet the company's commercial needs. You will assist in gathering and understanding requirements from business and technical stakeholders, helping to translate them into actionable processes, and contributing to their implementation. Throughout your internship, you’ll collaborate closely with teams from Engineering, IT, Business, and Marketing, playing a key role in ensuring Xylem’s products are accurately represented in our sales tools. Key Responsibilities: Assist with creating, managing, and delivering specifications to enhance Xylem's sales tools. Convert specifications into system documentation and help develop training materials. Help maintain project timelines and track progress. Support the development and enhancement of key internal business applications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different business units. Contribute to system improvements and recommend enhancements to improve the customer experience. Collaborate with users to help solve problems and correct errors in sales tools. Assist with leading process development projects and help manage project planning and communication. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments. Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and a focus on finding solutions. Willingness to learn technical processes and adapt to changing situations. Basic understanding of project management principles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience or interest in project management and IT systems. Graduating/Graduated in Engineering/Statistics/Economy or Marketing (possibility to do a thesis project during the internship). Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. An interest in sales tools and software development. Problem Solving. Fluency in English - B2.
