Field Researcher Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Multiple locations Compensation: €25,000 - €35,000 / year Description At White Swan Data we decide what’s worth betting on, and our bet execution team is a key part of that process. We currently have a number of opportunities for in-field betting analysts. This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced environment and being out of the office in the field. The successful candidate will be working in Milan, but given the nature of the market, there are multiple locations that can be worked from. You need to be willing to travel and work some unsociable hours (weekends, early mornings, and late nights). The shifts will be from 2pm-10pm, so you must be willing to work these hours. The role does involve some weekend and evening shift work, which are in rotation with the rest of the team. Key Responsibilities Collection, research, and analysis of prices from a selection of sportsbooks. Contribute to the ongoing development of our in-house data tracking and recording systems. Quality control and assurance. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise You are a go-getter - you love a challenge. You are driven by hitting targets. Comfortable with numbers and balancing figures. Some familiarity with the betting industry. Availability to work shifts from 2pm-10pm. A keen eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills. Clear communicator in both (fluent) written and spoken English. You are willing to work some unsociable hours (weekends, early mornings, and late nights). Please note: This is a full-time position.
