Technical Product Manager

Role Overview : As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle for our blockchain-enabled social features, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Your technical acumen, coupled with a passion for creating impactful user experiences, will play a vital role in the product's success. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the ideation, development, and launch of blockchain-based social features. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define and execute the product roadmap. - Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements. - Use your basic coding knowledge to engage with developers, understand challenges, and contribute to problem-solving. - Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to refine the product vision. - Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify opportunities for improvement. - Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across all product touchpoints. Must-Have Qualifications : Experience : - 4-7 years as a Product Manager in a B2C product company or unicorn startup. - Exposure to blockchain or social platform development is preferred. Technical Skills : - Basic coding proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Familiarity with APIs, system architectures, and data workflows. - Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and decentralized technologies. Ideal Candidate : - 4 years of experience as a Product Manager with proven success in driving product growth in a startup or fast paced environment. - Strong understanding of software(design / engineering) or SaaS products, programming experience is a must. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Proven ability to translate business objectives into user-centric product requirements. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills (pref with engineering teams), with the ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams. - Growth mindset and a passion for building innovative products. - Candidates from Tier 1 institutions will be preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
