Onsite Manager

I am working with an industry leading General Contractor, who are looking for a Site Manager to join the finishing stage of their construction project.

This is a temporary contract position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades & labour on the internals of the project.
• Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.
• Monitoring site performance against the schedule & timeline.
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.
• Quality control.

Requirements

• 3-4 years minimum working on mid scale construction projects.
• HNC /HND in construction related subject is preferred.
• SMSTS & CSCS card required.
