Our client is a contractor who specialise in Groundworks, Demolition and Remediation works.

They are currently looking for a Project/Site Manager expereinced in Groundworks to join them on a project in Cambridge.

Duration: 1 year

Value: £1.7M

Criteria:

• Proven Project Manager with experience working on similar projects
• Management CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Strong Health & Safety background and qualifications – desirable
• Ability to deal with sub-contractors at all levels
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Ability to lead by example and drive the workforce
• Ability to work under pressure and too tight deadlines
• Working references – essential
