Job Description

SITE MANAGER - LEICESTERSHIRE - £65,000 TO £75,000 - NEW BUILD HOUSING IN NEW VILLIAGE

Your new company
Our client is a large PLC national housebuilder based in the Midlands region. They have a reputation for being one of the busiest developers in the region.
They have multiple large sites within the East Midlands, most of which are part HA and part Private Build.
Your new role
You will be the Site Manager reporting to an 'On site' Project Manager.
You will also be supported by an Assistant Site Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
• BTEC Diploma in Building Construction or NVQ Level 3 or 4 or similar, CSCS & SMSTS
• Experience as a Site Manager, Pride in the Job Winner highly desirable
• Experience in working in large volume housebuilding
• Ability to chair and run meetings and proven track record of motivating staff and managing a site effectively
• Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
