Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical education lessons, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, and inspiring students to achieve their full potential in sports and physical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Develop and implement a comprehensive PE curriculum that encourages physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Organise and oversee extracurricular sports activities, clubs, and competitions.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school culture.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and ensure a safe learning environment.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience teaching PE at the secondary school level.
Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum and best teaching practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
