Job Advert: Youth Worker
Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Full-time

Smile are working with a client SEND Alternative provision who are seeking support this academic year!
They are looking for dedicated Behaviour Mentors to support their students (primary and secondary age) children with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs at our Alternative Provision. Those from a youth worker, sports, social services background are welcome to apply. Due to the needs of the children, prior experience dealing with challenging behaviour is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Build trusting relationships with students.
Implement tailored behaviour support plans.
Conduct one-to-one and small group sessions.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback.Required:
Experience working with and supporting children.
Available 5 days a week.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:
