Location: Cambridge Office (with on-site and home working options)
Salary:
Project Manager: £38,000 - £50,000
Senior Project Manager: £50,000 - £70,000 Benefits:
Electric Vehicle (EV) salary sacrifice scheme

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. Their focus is primarily on health care projects, including esteemed institutions such as Cambridge University Hospital, County Council, Princess of Wales Hospital, Royal Free Hospital, Homerton, and other locations between Cambridge and North East London. While you’ll engage in some commercial and residential work, the majority of your efforts will be dedicated to impactful health care initiatives.
As our client expands their team of 10 Project Managers, they are seeking one new addition and one replacement for a departing team member. If you have experience managing projects and are eager to deepen your expertise in health care project management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage health care projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with clients through virtual meetings and on-site engagements.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting the client's expectations.
Foster effective relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
Participate in project planning, execution, and evaluation, with a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Qualifications:
Experience with NEC and P23 contracts is a plus, but not essential.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in any sector.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
A proactive and client-focused approach - personality is key!
