Estamos com oportunidade para Técnico Suporte Usuário Avançado - Bilíngue (Espanhol) em Londrina - PR.

• Modelo híbrido


• Horário: Segunda a sexta 9h-18h

Atividades:

• Garantir a resolução de requisições de usuários e a tratativa de incidentes de nível de complexidade intermediária/avançada em variados clientes via acesso remoto dentro do SLA contratado;


• Garantir a documentação de tratativas de forma clara e completa na ferramenta de ITSM do respectivo cliente (log de tickets);


• Garantir o bom atendimento juntos aos usuários para que o nível de satisfação contratado seja entregue;


• Criar e atualizar processos técnicos na base de conhecimento da equipe;


• Alcançar o nível de produtividade esperado/alinhado junto à gestão;


• Participar diariamente em reuniões internas da equipe para alinhamento das atividades;

Requisitos:

• Conhecimento idioma espanhol;


• Experiência com atendimento ao usuário.
