ELEMASTER HEADQUARTERS Site: Elemaster Headquarter Italy – Lomagna (LC) Department: Customer Service department Job description: The Customer Service Specialist is in charge to process any Customer needs related to the execution of issued Purchase Orders, in order to create trustful and long-lasting relationship with customers. This includes feasibility analysis with regards to components availability, production planning and interfacing with internal departments (Sales/Key Account/Demand Planner/Supply Chain Department/Production planning/Manufacturing) to properly satisfy customer requests. He/she demonstrates a good understanding of product structures and production routings to understand dependencies and constraints in the production flow. He/she is willing to work in a multinational context, dealing with worldwide customers. Specifically, he/she will: Analyze customer needs with regard to execution of Purchase Orders, mainly in terms of feasibility, planning and deliveries Interact with customers via phone, mail and chat, maintaining a continuous communication flow. Working in team and with other departments to find appropriate solutions for different issues Requirements: Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with excellent result orientation Be interested in planning and manufacturing processes Excellent skills with MS Excel. Appreciated a knowledge of a complex ERP (SAP, Infor LN…) Fluent English. Appreciated a second language. Preferably Bachelor’s degree in “management engineering” or technical background in electronics Employment Type: Full-time J-18808-Ljbffr
