Position Overview: The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. This role involves collaborating with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employees. Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics. Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution. Manage emergency response plans and conduct drills. Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders on HSE matters. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the renewable energy sector. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
