As a draftsman, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks: Drafting industrial steel projects in collaboration with fellow draftsmen; Reviewing and completing existing plans as needed; Providing advice during the conceptual phase; Taking safety, materials, dimensions, and other factors into account; Processing changes and updating drawings to meet customer requirements; Aiming for innovation and continuous improvement; Preparing project documentation; Managing drawing software and ensuring everything is up to date. Our client is looking for an experienced draftsman in the metal industry with the following qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in drafting, engineering, or a similar field. At least three years of experience working as a draftsman. Strong communication skills and fluency in English. Someone who can work well on their own but also enjoys being part of a team. Great at staying organized, solving problems, and keeping things moving smoothly. Calm and efficient, even when things get busy. A proactive thinker with a sense of responsibility and an eye for innovation. Accuracy and attention to detail—you notice the little things that matter. Solid knowledge of building materials and construction techniques. Familiarity with tools like X-Steel, Trimble, or Tekla.
