Construction Services Coordinator

Do you want to be part of a prestigious team redefining the luxury retail landscape! RETS, on behalf of our client, a privately-owned, upscale luxury shopping center is seeking a Construction Services Coordinator to join their team in Costa Mesa. This full-time, on-site role supports the Senior Tenant Construction Manager, ensuring smooth project execution and quality control across all construction within the center.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of commercial construction experience
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Possess a good understanding of utilities and metering and create a utility plan
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field

Compensation: $80K plus bonus potential DOE
