Commercial Roofing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Roofing Manager to oversee and manage Operations in the Baltimore, MD area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Commercial Roofing (or, similar industry such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) and be adept at leading cross-functional teams to achieve company goals while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex project landscapes.

Duties

• Lead the planning and implementation of initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage team performance and profitable growth potential
• Manage schedules and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to identify process improvements and enhance project efficiency.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and reports to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Facilitate conflict management among team members and stakeholders to maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Implement techniques to assess project performance and forecast future performance metrics.
• Engage with others throughout the project lifecycle to ensure communications and expectations are clearly understood.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Leader/Manager in a commercial Roofing or similar Construction setting with a strong understanding of management principles.
• Strong skills in process management, scope management, and program management.
• Excellent communication skills to create a positive work environment.
• Demonstrated experience in conflict management and resolution strategies.
