Position Details:

1. Develop & maintain effective working relationships with customers, contractors, and co-workers.
2. Maintain effective communication throughout the entire course of construction.
3. Manage the development of team project tasks, focus on attaining goals, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making constructive suggestions.
4. Determine construction needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all customer needs.
5. Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines.
6. Maintain accurate labor forecasts to meet each project’s needs while staying within budget.
7. Develops & keeps all project schedules.
8. Ensure scope change & change orders are processed and incorporated into the current scope of work in a timely manner.
9. Monthly billings with end of month forecasting.
10. Provide accurate monthly WIP reports.
11. Approve purchase orders along with vendor/sub-contractor invoices.
12. Help sales with managing an accurate backlog.
