Compensation:

• $115K - $125K(Negotiable)+ Bonus
• 21 days PTO (Negotiable) + 7 Company Holidays

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience estimating restaurants, retail, fitness clubs, and hospitality projects as large as $5M.
• Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
• Strong ability to manage and direct others.
• Self-starter and planner, able to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to supervise and lead a construction team to a successful completion.
