About the Company:
A leading construction company is looking for a Benefits Administrator. This role combines a unique skillset prioritizing being a benefits expert. They will be the point person for all employee questions surrounding a corporate benefits plan and should have strong knowledge of FMLA and workers comp. In addition, they will learn the HRIS platform and run reports, as well as act as a liaisons for tickets and questions that come up with the HRIS service provider.
Responsibilities:
- Must have: FMLA, workers compensation
- Preferred: experience supporting employees in multiple states
- Systems Savvy within HRIS – demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems
- Highly Preferred: Success Factors, and Dayforce
